1. The Agentic Game Engine

We're building an open-source game developer agent framework and front-end game engine empowered by AI:

  • Create 'starter projects' with popular game engines, starting with Phaser and Godot.

  • Install specialised agents for game development with rules, boundaries and built in workflows, combinations of tools and processes.

  • Follow game development processes alongside AI like design documents, greyboxing, artwork feedback, spritesheets, game scenes.

  • Accelerate processes with annotation, agent coordination and starter tools like a real game studio.

  • Extend your process with open-source MCPs and tools, easily change art styles, integrate audio processes, automate workflows built by the community.

We believe a modular and dynamic community built game engine will allow developers to focus on creative vision while working with specialized agents to handle implementation details.

2. API and Tool Marketplace

Alongside the AI Games Engine, we're launching a marketplace where you'll be able to discover, share, and monetize specialized agents and tools to enhance game development process.

Some initial ideas include:

  • Asset Creation Agents that generate artwork, models, and animations in specific styles

  • Mechanic Design Agents that help implement and balance game mechanics and systems

  • Environment Building Agents that create immersive game worlds and levels

  • Narrative Development Agents that craft craft storylines and character interactions

We will be allocating 17.5% of $NOODS to contributors to building Cosmic framework for agentic game development.

3. Emergent & Living Games

Emergent & Living Games will represent the evolutionary outcome of development using the Cosmic Engine—games that will be able to adapt, evolve, and transform based on player interaction and autonomous agent behavior.

Our mission is to build games which will use AI agents to transform, with developer, player and even NPC prompting, creating games with entirely new gameplay, in unexpected and even unimaginable ways.

  • New generative game design to emerge at the intersection of humans x ai

  • Game rules and systems that will adapt to player behavior

  • New assets, characters, and environments that will be generated during gameplay

  • Self-adjusting difficulty and progression systems that will evolve

  • Dynamic game elements that can be evolve based on community feedback and preferences

This is our vision. We are on the road to emergence.
